Our stylish Studio, a not so tiny Tiny House, is nestled into the Southern Vermont hillside and surrounded by nature.
Enjoy the view of wildflowers and woodpeckers from the deck, watch your pup stroll through the high grass, and cozy up in the newly renovated hay barn with a cup of coffee or tea and a great book.
This serene spot is conveniently located off rt.9, close to hiking trails, swimming ponds, galleries, shops, and restaurants in Brattleboro, Wilmington, and surrounding areas.
The Studio has a welcoming efficiency kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living space. It features a bedroom with linens, a single bed that can be transformed into king size, a full bathroom, and a large covered porch overlooking fields and trees.
Your first breakfast is on us. Enjoy coffee, tea, or hot chocolate,
and English Muffins with butter
and local Maple Syrup.

Sit on the covered porch, overlook the fields and let your furry companion roam the fenced -in yard.
The Studio has free Wifi or internet access and online streaming,
and a DVD player with a monitor. We have a small selection of DVDs,
bring your favorite movies.
The Studio has fluffy towels, a full shower, shampoos, and a hair dryer.

The Studio is fully insulated and available all year round. It has a mini-
split heating/air conditioning unit.
THINGS TO DO
The Brattleboro Area Farmers' Market is southern Vermont's premier farmers' market featuring over fifty vendors who offer agricultural products, handmade crafts, and delicious prepared food. We offer two markets: Our Saturday Market (May to October) runs from 9am to 2pm
Gallery Walk in Brattleboro, Vermont happens
year-round, on the first Friday of each month. Downtown Brattleboro is the perfect blend if you enjoy art, literature, and a locally brewed beer.
Marlboro Music Festival
For 69 years, Marlboro Music has held its summer community on the beautiful hilltop campus of Marlboro College—a progressive liberal arts college devoted to academic excellence, social responsibility, and a self-governing community.
Hike on Hogback Mountain and enjoy the vast views.
Swim at South Pond in Marlboro, and enjoy the water sports available at the Harriman Reservoir in Wilmington.
